Something pretty and romantic like for today, not really a "Happy Valentine's Day Guys!!!" type of picture... just Felina looking pretty holding a glass of champagne, with pillows and candles and pretty lights and whatever.
It's probably a trap, she's more than likely going to seduce, attack, and steal from whomever is foolish enough to fall for her tricks.
Or it's just her enjoying champagne? Doesn't need to have a story behind it, you can draw a character being pretty and romantic-ish just for the sake of, well, pretty?
Yeah, well. She's pretty.
And HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY GUYS! Hope you're all having a wonderful day/night. And eat some chocolates

I love this! The pose, the expression, everything! What kind of filters did you use to achieve that fluffy-glow feel to it btw? It looks really nice and works so well with the scene!
If you're talking about the background lights? Those where just done by hand. I had used a big circle brush, and I think I lowered the opacity before making the circles. Then I duplicated the layer, used gaussian blur, then messed with the layer's opacity. To give it an out of focus "lights in the BG" sort of feeling.
Then I copy merged all of the image (exception of the black bars on the top and bottom of the image)paste, then pasted again. So I have two flat layers of the complete image. I gaussian blurred the top image, and erased where I'd want to see/focus on in the image. Erasing the top fuzzy layer, you see the un-fuzzy bottom layer underneath it. And you repeat as much as you want to do that. Even mess with the opacity of the blurred layers. Kinda like the same way I did the lights in the BG,but to the whole image.
And yea, that's basically it 8D
Oh then I add logos,re-size, add noise, and the black bars. Flatten, and DONE!
