Didnt wanna draw a lion, couldn't draw a horse, couldn't draw just ANY human........ so I thought. "Jessica"
Also, my tablet died/is dying and I had to plug in my old bamboo. Might as well get used to it again, I dont think the other one is going to last very much longer :\
So this was kinda a test pic as well as a stress reliever.
I like the way it turned out, but the difference in the way I had to line (you cant really tell) annoys me, its harder to ink with such a smaller surface, and the pressure is different between the two tablets.
oh well. I'll adjust.
And the (c) at the bottom? My go there were soo many studios and such involved in the Who Framed Roger Rabbit film, I know I did not name them all. There wasnt enough room XD
So Jessica rabbit is (c) whoever designed/came up with her. I do not feel like doing the research, but everyone can guess she's obviously not my creation. That film was released the year I was born XD If I were that good of an artist at THAT age, I think I'd be alot more known than I am XD
So Yeah.
She's really fun to draw, soo curvy and simple, yet precise.
you did an amazing job! It's hard to find art of Jessica that looks like the same style from the movie. People NEVER seem to get her face right, but your style looks perfect to a "T". Keep up the good work!
Gaaaaaah! Jessicaaaaaa! I love your drawing! I like the effects on the gloves/ I am not fan of the glittering background which erases a little the effects on the dress. Maybe a velvet or curtain background would have been more appropriate. Anyway this is just my opinion and globally your drawing is terrific. Congratulations!
