It's The Cat's "Meow".

This was sketched traditionally on paper, then inked and colored in paint tool sai, and photoshop.

This little number has actually been sitting in my files for weeks. The original sketch dates further back to May 8th (or even further... seeing as I didn't scan it as soon as I drew it)
So instead of just forgetting about it completely..... I decided to give it a BG. Because it is ever soo cute.

Anyways. I needed to finish something, maybe get my creative juices flowing.
