64 deviants said possibly. that was shot in the 70s so if there was a handful of them at that time then it would be rare but not unheard of to see them.

i looked at it compared to some grey hound pictures. and it seems to be a grey hound if not a tazzie tiger.

possibly im not going to say it definately is but im not going to refute it yet either i mean it was ashot in the seventies and ive heard that tthey were still around during that time however ive heard many different times that they became extinct and therefor have no idea when they actually did also im not an expert on them and the pic was really fuzzy and blurry so its hard to tell if that could be but im still leaning towards no

Yeah, I dunno... Its really hopeful to see something like that, but of course the video quality is terrible, it could have been anything. A mangey coyote would look like that too, it's probably a dog or a dingo.... I hope it is a tazzy tiger though.... :(

I don't know, from the videos I've seen of the real things in zoos before they went extinct and the such, it don't look like it. It sorta does, yeah, but the body... It's to dog like. The body's supposed to be longer than that of the creature in the video, I think. Plus, I don't think a tassie tiger would run like that, but I've also not seen the real thing run.
Then again, I think this was shot before they went extinct, so who knows? I'm no anatomy expert for sure, so it could be.

Oh, also! If it were one I also doubt it'd just go put itself in danger and run into a village like that, as well.
Just my thoughts on it all.

id like to think so. there are a few features playing in its favor. but again it could very well be anything. but it is the most convincing video i have seen. truly i think there are a handful of them left. but very very reclusive.

I don't know why they don't clone a few of the specimens of Tasmanian Tigers they have and bring the species back. That would be so cool.
