Well, if you post a "Work In Progress" when you are in the middle of you working on a piece, and then post up the "Finished Artwork" a week or two later, then it kinda ruins the experience for me. I never really like it when people posted up WIP's because I kinda already know what to expect when they post up the Finished Art so it's nothing 'new'.

But that's only my opinion
