seriously? the 40 people who voted "NONONONONO NO NO NO!!! its a bad idea D8" has no idea what they're talking about. weed does nothing but make one relaxed and happy. there have been no reported deaths caused by the plant, and it actually helps people survive cancer (by giving them an appetite and putting them to sleep). ive smoked it once or twice, im not a fan, im already high on life. but really, weed isnt even addictive. its about as dangerous as any other growing plant.

sorta dun care sorta would vote cos well i beleive that they should just legalize it already there have been good points brought up why it should be legalized: there are wars/ other related issues, it can be used for medical reasons, its not as dangerous as some other drugs that are legal, and some other reasons i cat remember cos liek i said i dont rlly care(meaning i agree that it should be legalized but dont care enough to do anything about it)

HERE IN ALASKA, IT IS LEGAL TO GROW 3 OUNCES FOR PERSONAL USE! just not the sale or transportation, because they can't tax it. that's seriously the only reason.also, you can't get in trouble for paraphernalia as long as it's in your house.

what sucks about legalization is that they will tax the fuck out of it and get more money, but then again, pot on the market would stimulate the hell out of the economy. who would you rather buy from? this shady guy you met in an alley or the guy behind the counter at a gas station? hmmmmm, i wonder who.

It would be more dangerous to not legalize it because of gang wars fought over the stuff and less people would occupy jails that are just in there for possession of it and the real criminals would be put in. Also if there was an age limit (like 21 or something) it would put at least SOME restraints on it. Also, with the amount of people that probably already smoke it then that would probably generate the MOST profit of any crop out there. (in recession like these we need some stress relief XD) so yeah it'd probably be more beneficial

I think it should only be legalized for medical purposes.

They will tax it for money, We will get more money, IT will be taken out of the hands of drug dealers, You can't OD on it, there is not Physical Addiction, it would be for 21 and older, you wouldn't be aloud to drive with it, and it would be less damaging than Alcohol and Cigarettes, it will be easier to distribute for medical uses, cops have beetter things to deal with, about 50% of arrests are for pot. Good Idea I say yes! People just don't know the facts and think it's some devil thing XD
